Login help

I don't have a Meshy AI account yet what do I do?

Use "Continue with Google" or enter your email to get a one-time code either creates a free account automatically. No credit card is required, and you start with 100 free credits. See the free plan.

Can I log in with a verification code instead of a password?

Yes. Enter your email and choose "Get Code" to receive a one-time login code, or "Use Password" if you've set one for your account.

How does Enterprise SSO work?

Team owners or admins on the Enterprise plan can enable SAML 2.0 SSO through Okta, OneLogin, Google Workspace or Auth0. Once enabled, it becomes the required sign-in method for every verified team domain.

Is my account the same across the web app and mobile app?

Yes the same login signs you into both the mobile app and the web workspace, with your credits, history and projects synced across devices.

I'm having trouble logging in what should I do?

Double-check you're using the same method (Google vs. email) you originally signed up with. If the issue continues, use the contact link on the sign-in card to reach support.
