1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using meshyiai.com (the "Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. What this site is (and isn't)

The Site is an independent publication offering guides, explainers, and articles about the Meshy AI 3D generation platform. The Site provides no user accounts, no login, no purchases, no downloads of software, and no access to the Meshy platform itself. We never request your Meshy credentials or payment information, and any page doing so in this Site's name is fraudulent and unaffiliated with us. Navigation items or links referencing the Meshy app, sign-up, or pricing ultimately direct you toward the official Meshy service, whose own terms then apply.

3. Informational purpose only

All content on the Site is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and it is not an official statement of Meshy's prices, features, policies, or capabilities. Prices, credit costs, plan limits, and features described on the Site reflect publicly available information at the time of writing and may be outdated at the time you read them. Before making any purchase or business decision involving the Meshy platform, verify current terms directly at meshy.ai. You act on information from this Site at your own risk.

4. Intellectual property in our content

The original content of the Site - our articles, guides, explanatory text, original diagrams, illustrative example dialogues, tables, and the Site's design and code - is owned by the Site's operator and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may:

• Read, link to, and share links to any page freely;
• Quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page;
• Use the content for personal, non-commercial reference.

You may not, without our prior written permission: republish substantial portions of the Site's content; scrape, copy, or mirror the Site; use the content to train commercial products marketed as substitutes for the Site; or remove attribution and present our content as your own.

5. Third-party trademarks and content

"Meshy" and associated names, logos, product names, and screenshots are trademarks and/or copyrighted works of their respective owner. They are used on the Site solely for identification, description, commentary, and educational purposes (nominative fair use), with credit given where such materials appear. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the trademark or copyright owner. Embedded YouTube videos remain the property of their respective creators and are displayed via YouTube's standard embedding under YouTube's Terms of Service. Other third-party names mentioned on the Site (for example, engine, slicer, and AI-assistant products) are trademarks of their respective owners. If you are a rights holder with a concern, see section 10.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting infrastructure, or any connected system;
• Interfere with the Site's operation, including through denial-of-service attacks, malicious code, or excessive automated requests;
• Scrape or harvest content or data from the Site at scale without permission;
• Misrepresent the Site as official Meshy property, or use the Site to impersonate us, Meshy, or any third party;
• Frame or mirror the Site in a way that obscures its source or these terms.

We may restrict or block access (for example, by IP) to protect the Site or its readers, at our discretion.

7. External links and embedded content

The Site links extensively to third-party websites - most importantly the official Meshy platform - and embeds third-party content such as YouTube videos and externally hosted images. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, terms, or privacy practices of any external site or embedded service. A link is provided for convenience and reference, not as an endorsement. When you follow a link or interact with embedded content, the destination's or provider's own terms and policies apply, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Accuracy and currency of information

We make good-faith efforts to source content from official Meshy materials and reputable coverage, to date our pages, and to correct errors promptly when reported. However, AI products change rapidly, and we do not warrant that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. Illustrative interface diagrams and example dialogues are clearly labeled as such and are not official screenshots or transcripts unless credited as official. The authoritative source for anything about the Meshy platform is always the official site. To report an error, see section 17 - corrections are genuinely welcome.

9. Advertising

The Site displays advertising served by Google AdSense and its partners. Advertisements are selected by the ad network, not by us, and their appearance is not an endorsement by the Site or by Meshy. Your interactions with any advertiser - including any purchase - are solely between you and that advertiser. Ad-related data practices are covered in our Privacy Policy.

10. Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send us a notice via the Site's contact option including: identification of the copyrighted work; the URL of the allegedly infringing material on this Site; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature. We will review and, where appropriate, remove or correct the material promptly. Misuse of embedded or credited third-party material brought to our attention will be treated the same way.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT INFORMATION ON THE SITE REFLECTS THE CURRENT STATE OF THE MESHY PLATFORM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE'S OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT - INCLUDING DECISIONS ABOUT MESHY SUBSCRIPTIONS, CREDITS, OR API USAGE MADE IN RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PUBLISHED HERE. IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. 13. Indemnification

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be indicated on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute shall be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction - except where the consumer-protection law of your place of residence grants you non-waivable rights or venue, which remain unaffected. Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us first and allow thirty (30) days to attempt an informal resolution.

16. General provisions

• Entire agreement: these terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Site's operator regarding the Site.
• Severability: if any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force, and the unenforceable provision is replaced by a valid one closest in effect.
• No waiver: failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment: you may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Site.
• Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
